Introducing the Due blog

Published

Due has one more place to tell its story: this blog.

The app's updates stay where they are, in the "What's new" panel: a few lines on what has changed. Here there's room to explain properly why a feature exists, how to get the most out of it and what's behind it.

What you'll find

  • Guides for anyone new to IRC: picking a network, registering your nick, finding the right channels.
  • Deep dives into Due: how it stays connected for you, how it keeps your history, how it differs from a bouncer like ZNC.
  • Stories from the networks: the communities, channels and people that keep IRC alive.

How to follow it

The blog has an RSS feed: add it to your feed reader and new posts will reach you as soon as they're out. Posts are written in Italian and, when a translation is ready, in English and Spanish too.

Is there a topic you'd like to read about here? Write to us at due@dueirc.com, or use the "Feedback" page in the app's settings.
